Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the item. 

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

If we accept your return request, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the shipment. Items sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the situation and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as non-standard products (e.g. special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you receive what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

This 14-day period starts from the last day of delivery of the ordered item. If the period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

You also have the right to cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled (dispatched).

How to initiate a return or cancellation

If you purchased with only a phone number (without an email address), you can submit a return request via the link you received in the SMS order confirmation.

Shipping refund

If you cancel your entire order within the 14-day cancellation period, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery. Additional delivery services (e.g. express delivery) are non-refundable.

Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether the return has been approved or not. Once the return is approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the return transaction and transfer the money.
